Privacy summary
Spotlamp only shares the business data you have entered with the directories and AI search engines you have explicitly opted to publish to. We do not resell your business data. You can delete your account and all associated information at any time.
Email and notifications
Owner-notification emails (a new waitlist signup, etc.) are sent via the platform email proxy to spotlamp@polsia.app. Customer-facing mail is delivered from the same address. The email proxy does not support attachments, cc/bcc, or a custom From address; replies are routed via replyToEmailId so a thread continues in the owner inbox.
Data storage and deletion
Lead signups persist in the database with the timestamp you submitted them and any source attribution (e.g. pricing for waitlist visitors arriving via the pricing CTA). When you request account deletion, all rows tied to your account are removed within the next deletion window (typically under 30 days) and backup tapes rotate out within 90.
